The Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager at fore ai, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients, ensuring they achieve rapid value from our platform. From onboarding to ongoing adoption, you’ll guide customers through their journey with fore ai, helping them integrate seamlessly, maximize outcomes, and continuously grow their product capabilities. This role blends technical depth with customer empathy: you’ll understand customer workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate closely with engineering to ensure our product evolves with client needs. You’ll act as the voice of the customer internally and a strategic advisor externally, driving measurable success for some of the most innovative companies in the world.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the onboarding journey, ensuring customers quickly realize value and are set up for long-term success.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner for QA transformation.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance in integrating fore ai into CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment environments.
- Anticipate customer needs, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions that ensure adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with sales to drive expansion opportunities and with product/engineering to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Create playbooks, best practices, and resources to help customers self-serve and scale their testing automation.
About You
- Technical fluency: Background in software engineering, QA, or DevOps; comfortable working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Customer success experience: Proven track record in onboarding, adoption, or account management at a SaaS company.
- Communication skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling conversations with both engineers and business leaders.
- Problem-solving mindset: Analytical, curious, and persistent in driving customer success.
- Startup readiness: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with independence.
- English fluency (written and spoken): Strong, confident communicator across global teams and clients.
